Brain & Core is a web application for experiential self-exploration and personal-development planning. You can take an assessment to discover your "Core," and receive a development plan with daily exercises.

2. Scope and Important Limitations

The "8 Cores" concept and the assessment system are a framework we developed ourselves, inspired by theories in psychology and neuroscience, but not a classification that has undergone formal scientific validity testing.

3. User Accounts

You may need to sign in with a Google account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt unauthorized access to the system, not to disrupt the operation of the service, and not to use the service to harm others.
